Frame,insulate and gib two walls over the top of existing block walls(5m & 3m). Repair holes in gib on ceiling. Install additional power points.

Great finished product, the reason it is not a 5 for workmanship is the space for the fold down bed was too tight, I had to take 2mm off the fold down bed to get it to fit as the plaster and paint took up all the tolerance and then some. The subcontractors used (electrician and plasterer) were very quick and efficient. Cost, as per estimate. Work was completed ahead of schedule. We will definitely use Bob again for our future projects.
