New Deck Railing

I require a new deck railing to be built on an exisitng concrete deck. The Posts are in good nick, so it is just the top part and some 'pailings(?)'. There is another deck built more recently that can be used for comparison (it would be good if they could match, as much as possible). The deck is approx 7-8 meters (including a set of steps) long and 1.5 meters wide at one end. The 1.5 meter end also needs a bit of trellis to add some privacy.
