Install double bifold cedar doors on 1910 cottage

We have some reclaimed doors (4m wide) in excellent condition with bottom track (no need for top track as it sits in a groove) to be installed on front face of cottage. Will need to remove two windows, weatherboards and framing. Access is 1m off the ground (deck is the next project on the list) so scaffold or robust ladder platform might be required. Keen to hear prices but also how you would approach the job - will it be able to be accomplished in one day mainly or will we have a gaping hole for a week? We can potentially do some if the grunt work of removing weatherboards. Thanks!
