Raumati South Bach needs a bit more light ... so we have bought some aluminum french doors with timber interior to replace the brick chimney. Job includes drawing up plans for council consent, removal of chimney (bricks to be kept for us to build BBQ), cutting some wall (which may contain asbestos?) and insertion of door. Roof will need a 'patch'? where chimney was and floor will also need laying where hearth was. We are on a tight-ish budget. Would like someone to do whole job, but can be flexible.
