Small house alteration

Just one catch, we need this done within the next 7-8 weeks if possible! - Location is Kaiwaka, Level 2 currently. We are looking to extend a corner of our lounge out under the existing roof (no changes to roof) and remove 2x sliding doors and insert a 5.6m long new bifold door to open the lounge to the outdoors. This is a starke aluminum door which we have had custom built to fit the correct wall make up, this door will need a 30mm rebate into the concrete. - I can arrange the new concrete to bring the floor level with the house for the new living area. We also require one internal wall to be shifted 1m sideways to open up the area. The house is a 4 year old lattitude home with a 2.55 stud, james hardie linea clad.
