Double Trouble - Two Architectural Homes

We are about to lodge BC for House 1 (83m2 plus 32m2 decks). All site works, retaining, water tanks by others. You would be arriving to a prepared site ready to go (hubby is a civil engineer). We are looking for a labour only contract as both been in building industry for many years and have our stubbies however we are not based in Mangawhai (yet). I’m taking a year out of normal job to project manage. Looking for a collaborative arrangement that works for us both. Expect to be in a position to start build House 1 in Jan/feb although this is dependent on site works as supervision of that was to be by hubby but currently cannot get over the border from Auckland. House 2 - main home - 2 level (200m2 no garage plus 50m2 decks) to commence as soon as House 1 finished. Have plans and 3ds which can be provided once we scope interest. Have trade account in Mangawhai with supplier and intend to start ordering materials in the next few weeks. Preference was to have secured a builder first for feedback and potentially some input on the proposed working drawings before BC issues (happy to pay on an hourly basis outside of the labour only contract for the initial review).
