On behalf of our customer, TRENZ Homes is seeking expressions of interest and tenders for an initial 2 unit development in Dargaville, Northland. Situated on the banks of the Northern Wairoa River, Dargaville is located 55 KM’s southwest of Whangarei. This proposed development is on flat land with services to be connected from the boundary and consists of timber floors/foundations and concrete slabs to the garages. Together with kitset material supply through TRENZ Homes, the successful Building Contractor will work with our mutual client and must be competent and have experience in project management of similar scale commercial projects, including contracting and coordination of subcontractor services, be a Licensed Building Practitioner, and have a reliable and competent carpentry team of suitable size for the project’s requirements.
