Replace or repair the exterior front door

The exterior front door has weather damage and single glaze surrounds. I would like a solution to improve the weather tightness and reduce heat loss. Additionally, there is an sliding internal door between the garage and house. This door doesn't close completely and is an source of heat loss. I would like a solution to fix this issue.
