House Designs & Plans required.

Looking for a qualified professional in the residential dwelling design sector that can provide residential dwelling, floor & construction plans etc, ideally but not necessarily Multi Proof approved. This could be locally or on a national level. The build process will repeat twice in the first year & 3 times every year there after for 5 years. After that, expansion into another region will occur alongside a local commercial plan so services will be ongoing if able. The type of house design to begin with is that of a standard 3 bedroom 1-2 bathroom mono pitch dwelling --- set on a concrete foundation. All sub contract works will be done by qualified professionals. Aiming to get the first build underway at the beginning of the second quarter of 2024. Any recommendations would also be much appreciated.
