Garage compliance

Looking to get an urgent quote to get garage up to CCC spec as detailed in council report. This is required for purchase of house so is needed ASAP but work not needing to be done straight away. 205 Crawford St Report detail: "Garage at completion stage and has been completed for some considerable time. No entry to interior of garage to check framework, however this has been checked on a previous inspection and approved. Primarily this inspection to check exterior weatherproofing and claddings prior to the issue of a Code Compliance Certificate". Appears that the exterior of the garage is not weatherproof and exterior claddings which consist of metal roofing trays nail fixed to exterior wall framework, flashings required around all window and door openings, also weatherproofing at soffit areas. It is noted that the soffits are open and are not enclosed with soffit linings. Rafter ends extend to the outside and framework appears to be NZ Oregon or similar untreated framework. Soffits should be enclosed to protect all these timbers and to provide a weatherproof exterior cladding system. External claddings also extend down to ground level. Digital photographs taken of exterior for reference. Not approved to issue Code Compliance Certificate until all exterior claddings have been correctly fixed, weatherproofed. Will also require to be waterblasted etc, repainted to provide a 15 year durability. Not approved.
