Garage Work Room and Toilet Room

We are looking to put some walls into our garage to make a toilet room approx 1.2x1.6m and also a work room which will need addition of 3 internal walls with batts for insulation. Work room will be approx. 4.7x4.5m. Garage ceiling is 3m stud, we will continue to use the existing ceiling. There will be 4-5 doors in the whole job and approx. 3-4 window openings. All walls are internal on a concrete garage floor. We will purchase and supply all materials, this would be a labour only project. However if you are a competent builder and think supplying the materials yourself would be better we are open to working with you.
