Quote for demolition and new build at Slope Point, the Catlins

NB SITE IS NOT AT BLUFF - IT IS AT SLOPE POINT,THE CATLINS. An old house needs inspecting and probably demolishing - possible renovation if anything worth saving, but I doubt it. Not sure of the state of the septic tank so that would need investigating and possibly installing/replacing too. New 2 bedroom, one bathroom build (either onsite or transportable considered if finance is available for transportable home) to take into account the stunning view (bedrooms and living area to all face the view and have large windows/sliding door). House does not have to be big as long as the views are one justice to :) Gas califont for hot water preferred. Site is at Slope Point, the Catlins - we have not purchased it yet - we need to see if we can afford to build what we want at the this location before making an offer - so just putting out feelers for rough prices. No set timeframes at present and not in a major rush to build if we have to wait for the right builder once the property is purchased, but just need to get an idea of rough price for such a build and an onsite inspection of the current property prior to making an offer on the land.
