Reclad and repair exterior wood on house where needed (quite a lot) - cladding, fascia, soffit etc. Replace iron/tin on roof where needed (one large section). Fit and install 2 alumiums windows. Replace spouting all around house. House is 2 storied so may need scaffolding.
