General handyman required

I am looking for a reliable handyman that is available to do odd jobs at my rental property when required. I live out of town, and would like someone I can trust that the tenant can contact directly with any issues. The first job I would like taken care of, is to install an adequate draught stopper on the front door as you can see a large gap. I would also like a curtain hung from the existing rail that reaches to the floor to provide more insulation. There may be other doors throughout the property that would benefit from a draught stopper also, and would like advice on that.
