new deck

I would like a hardwood deck to be built that attachs to concrete pouch area near back door and then goes out from there. Majority of deck will need piling etc to raise above ground level and ensure house ventilation. Builder to arrange permits/consents if necessary. Perfer MBA or CB registerd builder as had problems with others before. Need quote for bank that items labour & materials & job details (and if council fees).
