Slow leak - re-screw flashing + replace boards internally

A roofer has investigated (but doesn't have the time to complete the job) I have a slow leak in the roof of a double story house (cherry picker or large ladder required) coming from the fascia needing be screwed in across the house (nails have come loose) Inside there are some replacement boards required through water damage, pictures included. Hard to gauge what the cost would be - keen for quotes etc..
