Conservatory Upgrade

We have a 2.8m x 8m conservatory that needs a new roof and want to put in a ceiling across entire roof space. Currently 1/3 is a room which has a ceiling which will need to be replaced. The house was relocated a number of years ago so conservatory isn’t in the best place for the position of the house so it’s had moisture damage and the roof is perspex. Keen to get someone to give ideas on how this could be fixed and approximate price asap.
