Hi I have recently bought a front loader washing machine, and it sits on Lino covered plywood floor. It vibrates the whole kitchen when spinning. I would like a square hole cut under the machine, framing/boxing and then filled with a level concrete plinth, with ideally the square cut of floor refitted. The idea is to isolate the machine vibrations down to the concrete rather than spreading the vibrations across the room.

Highly recommend. Kashmir was unsure about aspects of what I was requesting, and sought advice which resulted in a quicker and cheaper job. We ended not cutting into the floor and instead used three rubber anti vibration mats under the machine.
