Living area renovations

1. Minor fixes to subfloor/floorboard in readiness for new carpeting. 2. New internal non-loading bearing wall, with cupboard and doorway 3. Install 2x internal structural beams and create new openings beneath beams. 4. Increase depth of framing to 2x external walls from 70mm to 90mm in readiness for insulation. 5. Up to 6 new powerpoints around the house Building consent obtained where applicable. Excludes wall lining, painting, plastering. The rest of my renovations are blocked by this work so early availability an advantage.
