Replace laundry window and surrounding weatherboards due to rot
Job description
Historical leak above laundry window means the window frame and some surrounding weatherboards are now rotten through. Looking for a builder who can remove the rot, replace the window and frame and install new weatherboards to replace rotten ones, and seal the area. No need to paint as my painter will do that part. Job MUST be completed in the next 4 weeks before 8th June as house going on the market the following week. The photo below shows the window partially - with the black tape showing areas that are starting to come away. I know rot will be further in than this. I can get a better photo later in the week if need be. Thanks for your consideration of this job.

Lawrence did a great job installing a new window that we sourced. His communication was great and he did the work well within the necessary time frame which was really important to me. The workmanship looks great. He also organised a plumber to help which was out of the original scope of work. I will have no hesitation in using again in the future. Thanks very much.
