I am looking at creating an access point for under our house as we currently can't get under there. Ideally, we are wanting a "trap door" through the floor, otherwise the other option is to cut through the bricks on the side of the house. The ideal place to create the trap door is located in a doorless cupboard space measuring 485x600mm. There is a row of nails that runs down the middle (see photo).
