Job description
We found holes in an external wall under our deck which has allowed water to get in and has caused rot in the interior framing. We need the framing repaired or replaced and external cladding and internal gib replaced. We also may have some weatherboards that need replacing.

Lance and his boys came and did the job 2 weeks ahead of schedule as he was aware that the space in which he was fixing was where we stored our firewood. He anticipated that doing the job in March may not allow time to get wood in while still having the good weather. So this was hugely appreciated...kodus Lance! The job was also significantly under budget and done to a very good standard. Lance is very personable and willing to help/advise other quick fixes with no obligation. Thanks Lance.
