Wall Leak
Job description
We require a builder to check a wall to see if there is any leaking. There is a leak occurring in the corner of a room that backs onto a shower on one side and carport on the other. The shower had been repaired and a leak found and sealed. However signs of leaking into the bedroom has re -occurred. Plumber has advised to get a builder to check that there is no leaking coming from rain or outside elements into house.

Couldn't have gotten a better Tradesman/Builder than Lance. Kept up communication through out the work, did a proffesional job, great guy, friendly, and we were extremely happy with the result. We will retain Lance as our friend and builder for other projects we have in the pipeline.
