Repaire of a rotten window sill inside and out. Widening of doorway btw kitchen and lounge. Dividing lounge with addition of internal wall and cavity door. Some other possible bits like replacing internal doors, repair walls. I'm looking for pay per hour builder which is available January 6th onwards. Wanting to make changes quickly while between tenants so normal or close to normal working days while I also work there . I can run around and purchase and transport materials required etc.
