Build verandah roof over existing concrete pad, at front of house. Concrete pad is just under 30 mt square, and roof is to cover whole area. Five posts are already in place at outside edge of concrete pad. Looking for combination of corrugated iron and clear panels. New roofing material to meet up with existing roof, and guttering to be re-installed along outside edge of new verandah roof, to line up with existing downpipe. Would like the work completed in the next 2 months (before winter), and hoping doesn't need a consent.
