Job description
2 X 6 meter approx sunroom to be added on top of existing concrete pad outside a ranch slider entrance of master bedroom. Clear plastic or glass with some louvered windows and one door. Two sided 'L' structure as there is a wall at one end.

The door frame was slightly twisted due to the builder aligning the frame to the house instead of the corner post. thus there is a permanent gap at the bottom door to jamb given the door is flat but that end of the sun room is twisted. Also ongoing LEAKS from above and some hidden sources in the box sections almost every time it rains. this can drip onto furniture and leave the floor with a wet spot meaning we can't keep an indoor/outdoor carpet runner in the sun room.
