Hi, We have secured our piece of land and ready to build. I have attached a basic floor plan, it would be weatherboard house. It would be a mono pitch roof. Need to get budgets together for the bank. The section is on George's road just north of Amberley. It is a vey flat section. I am also wanting to know the cost difference between piles and concrete floor.
