Qualified Experienced Builder

We need the services of a qualified builder to set up and manage our new house build situated in Waipara township and starting from shortly through to November commencement and early to mid 2021 completion. The house is around 140 sq m 2 bedrooms on two floors with exposed truss living dining area designed in a more traditional timber barn style. The owners would be providing the bulk of the labour and work under the guidance of the builder and their role could be flexible and/or in addition to other projects they may have on the go or may suit a semi retired builder.
