Take out walls

Hi there, We need someone to come and take a look at a couple of walls we'd like removed if possible. We're planning to relocate the lounge in our old villa. The destination is currently 2 bedrooms and we'd like the middle wall and the wall between kitchen and existing bedroom removed. The wall between kitchen and bedroom (to be lounge) is the old external wall of the house prior to having the kitchen added. I've attached some pics. The left hand small jutted out piece can stay if required and it can be taken right over the the doorway on the right - we basically want to open up the two rooms right to the ceiling if poss but if not a framed hole i.e. french door way sized is fine. A rough idea of whether it can be done i.e. structural? and the approx cost would be great. Cheers
