Roof Fascia+Soffit repair

The corner part of my roof has been damaged when a moving truck accidentally hit it as it was reversing up the drive way. The roof itself is fine, it's just the wooden part at the front of the house (Fascia?) and the bit under the eaves (Soffit?) that need to be replaced.
