1. Rotten batons and fascia boards replaced 2. Small extension to deck. Extend current deck by approx 3 x3 m and replace boards where needed on existing area 3. Line outside storage shed to make weatherproof - already framed Lay flooring to same . 4. Extend deck roofing and drainage 5. Check roof and repair as needed - possible problem with flashings in one area 6. Minor R&M to internal fittings 7. Also need some external paving laid and garden borders 8. Looking for painter as well if has contacts 9. Instal two garden gates
