Need a LBP, remove bare stud walls install 2 beams, install supplied 2.4 mt bi folds in exting lintel, supplied 1.8 mt french doors in existing bedroom lintel, close off front and back doors with weatherboard. 4 x braces to be installed. This is a council approved project, and will need pre line sign off. Possible additional $5-$10k of work avail to the right contractor
