Paeroa Garage job

I have an existing freestanding carport which is approx 5x3.5m (I havent actually taken measurements yet, but it wouldnt be far off). You can see it on the left of the photo. I want to turn this carport into a single garage which would involve adding 3 walls and a garage door to the 4th wall. I would like a single person side access door on one side. The foundation is currently gravel and I intend to keep it that way. It is a rental property so I wantg to use cost effective cladding, etc, to keep the cost down. It doesnt need to be too flash. Available to do work asap. Thanks
