Waihi Internal Access Tower and new Roof Line

I have a two story house that needs an internal staircase adding to the front of the building, to accomplish this it would need to change the roof line from open gable to Skillion, the exterior needs re-cladding with insulation added. I also want to add a substantial second story deck with a closed handrail that will wrap around almost half of the northern side of the building and re-using the old stairwell on the opposite side as access to the back yard.
