The floor beneath my toilet is creaking and when stepping on it I can see the toilet sink down. A few months ago my cistern had a leak so I'm wondering if it's caused the floor boards underneath to rot. Attached photos for reference but obviously needs to be seen in person. Under house access is possible if required.
