Expressions of interest are invited for the following work at a 1980s built 80sqm standard Flaxmere home, commencing late Feb/early Mar 2024: 1. Whole house pipe out with ancillary front of wall works; 2. Full bathroom repair 3. Whole house floor coverings 4. Whole house interior lining repair 5. Wiring inspection and possible repair 6. Ancillary building repairs/work exterior and interior. Access to the property for works assessment/pricing tbc and expected to be from 20 Feb to 25 Feb 2024. Desired completion date of works is 25 Mar 2025, tbc.
