Alterations to existing house

Hey, I would like to book a quote to make a change to an existing house (ie we have to reduce a room by 2.3 meters in order to add another house on the land. I will only have the exact designs by the end of June so would like to book someone in early July to complete this. Also if i could perhaps email you photos of this building and you could let me know if this is possible. Thanks Lara
