Replace water damaged ceiling

Spouting was blocked by fallen tree during cyclone and water backflowed under the eve into the corner of the lounge/next room. Ceiling is water damaged . Ceiling in the lounge is pinex, and now that its dry has bowed and shrunk. Area on wall and in next room has minor water damage. Speaking with a builder (who's fully booked) the ceiling will need to be replaced, as pinex is not available. Need 1. A quote from a qualified tradesman/builder 2. The work completed . Background - I have been waiting for 10 weeks for an assessor to view. I have now been advised by the insurer to get a quote and book in the repairs .
