Addition of an office/room to current dwelling

Adding a room/office to current dwelling. Job requires removing a large deck and from the demolished area part of it which approx 13m2 will be a new room and other 13sqm2 will be new covered deck. Work also requires part of existing roof to be redone to accomdate this addition. Approved Consent has been issued by Council. Contact me for onsite visit if interested and can supply plans then. I do have a fair idea based on people having similar work done on cost and per sq mtr cost etc.
