Inside and Outside Building Jobs

I have two building jobs that I would like to have undertaken. The first is to change the door/wall leading into the lounge from the entry/passage by extending the wall and fitting a smaller set of double doors. The second job is outside and involves the constructing and fitting of a gate to the side of the house to match the existing fence. There is no specific timeframe.
