Install ceiling in sleepout.

Sleepout is unfinished and needs a ceiling put up, framing is there, insultation is only temporarily taped in. The room is about the size of a large bedroom, (its 3/4 of one side of a double skyline garage). The ceiling can be MDF or other appropriate product. I am after quote for cost and timing availability of when the job could be performed. A complete job would be a ceiling up, plastered over screw or nail holes, tidied and painted, also the light fitting attached up. The tenant is ok to show the room to check the job out - the property is in Flaxmere. In quote please just identify what is product cost and what is labour costs please, let me know other things I may not be aware of. The room is consented as a dwelling, it was just never finished off. I am out of town so this will need to be managed with calls and emails. A tenant at the property would be the access point. The room is not in use other than for storage.
