Provide materials & construction of approx 20m2 extension incorporating addition to living room, new laundry & back door entry, new roofing and adjacent decking & steps. Structural work to add beam as per design & fit new roofing to existing roof structure. Demolition of existing laundry & back porch may be done by us & /or builder. We can manage the project & have tradies for electrical, plumbing, gib stopping and laundry joinery and painting. Consent has been granted and architects consent plans are available. We may be happy to accept a quote for materials as per plans and an hourly rate for labour or a fixed price quote. Hoping to get this done over the next few months.
