We would like to build a new sleepout cabin / garden office of about 3m x 4m. Key features: Single storey, maximum roof height 3m. Roof style could be gable or monopitch. Full insulation (floor, walls, roof). Internal walls lined and painted. One glass door, 4 windows, all double glazed. Gutters and downpipe(s). Wired for 2x power points, 1 internal light, 1 external light. Cladding to be decided: We are open to most types of cladding; cladding price and durability are the main priorities. Exterior sealing and painting if necessary. The site is flat with easy road access.
