Extention on to existing

Hi there, I am wanting to extend on to our existing bathroom, toilet and bedroom; and create an ensuite and laundry. I have included a rough drawing of my existing house plan and also a drawing of my interpretation of the extention. These drawings are not to scale and were done via an ipad app by myself using rough measurements. The cladding is that James Hardi stria stuff and I am looking around medium to high spec. Time frame is before autumn or winter the lastest. The costing added is an estimate. I would like to know how much this would roughly cost. Thank you for your time guys.
