Studio cabin sleepout

I am looking to build a one bed granny flat in the garden. We would be looking at a cabin of approximately: Height = 2.8m Length = 6.05m Width = 2.45m This would comprise of a bed sitting room and a small en-suite shower room. Possibly some wardrobe space, and a tiny kitchen bench. The build would have to be insulated, and have all electrical wiring. We also aim to get the cabin plumbed in. Style would be simple, modern (not colonial cottage). Additional extra might be a small deck. The cabin would have to be either kitset and assembled on site or built on site, as there is no way to get a transportable unit into the space. Our preferred timeline would be completion before Christmas.
