It's been over 6 months since we have moved in this house, which is over 100yrs old. There is so much to do - bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and the living room needs attention. We're tossing up between doing the renovations or putting a tiny home on our property. We need some realistic advice - how much will it approximately cost to do the reno.
