External vent required for dryer on masonry wall . #2

Would like a builder to cut a vent hole on exterior masonry wall , and insert a vent for a dryer and also install hardware wall kit for a clothes dryer wall so that the dryer can sit above the front loading washing machine . Need a qualified builder /concrete cutter with experience . Thanks
