Repairs water damage to multiple areas

Stairwell Set up and dismantle scaffolding. Disconnect and re-connect electrical. Remove and reinstate exist balustrade handrail. Remove, dispose, supply, install and stop plasterboard wall lining to affected area (2 sheets). Seal and paint stairwell walls in two coats to match existing. Remove, dispose, supply, install and stop plasterboard lining to the bottom landing ceiling. Seal and paint ceiling in two coats to match existing. Remove, dispose, supply and install MDF doorjamb, re-using the existing door leaf and hardware. Paint MDF door jamb in two coats. Garage/Laundry Disconnect and re-connect the plumbing to the tub and washing machine. Remove and refit the existing wash tub and washing machine. Remove and refit the existing laundry bi-fold doors. Remove, dispose, supply and install MDF skirting trim. Remove, dispose, supply and install two sheets of 9mm MDF wall lining. Seal and paint affected wall from corner to corner into coats. Remove, dispose, supply and install one sheet of particleboard ceiling lining. Seal and paint ceiling in two coats (up to the ceiling beam only).
