Self-contained studio

Wanting to get part of our garage transformed into a self-contained sleep-out. Surface roughly 6 x 6 m perhaps a bit larger including shower, toilet, hand basin and maybe kitchenette. Current building is in good condition and structurally sound. Main work would involve erecting interior walls and plumbing. There is already mains water supply but no drainage/grey water so will have to be consented including plans drawn etc. Timeframe: start process as soon as possible.
