Wardrobe to be re-lined x2
Job description
Rental house in Flaxmere just been cleaned of meth and two wardrobes that were bare gib had to be stripped of all linings. We need them re-instated and ideally gib-stopped and painted. We still have the metal bars to hang clothes but all other linings, and shelf above rail, need replacing including the ceiling in the wardrobes. Both rooms currently have bare concrete or underlay on floor, carpet will be re-laid shortly. Both wardrobes are a similar size, approx 1500 wide internally, 600 deep, 2400 high, doors approx 1200 wide. The doors do not need replacing. As this is a rental we have tenants waiting to move in and would like the job done asap. Photo shows one of the wardrobes prior to being stripped. Job is covered by insurance cover and payment guaranteed.

Craig did a great job on the wardrobe rebuild and repaint. Left everything looking much better than it has ever been, and even vacuumed up after he was finished. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a builder and redecorator.
